  1. The biggest point I have to say is focusing *only* on selling. This is where I think Gary Vaynerchuk has it right when he says he hates the term ‘Social Media’ because it gives these brands & companies an impression that they have an ‘audience’ to push/sell their message to people. No wonder they can’t find the ROI.
