Defining Integrated Media Management

I wanted to provide you with a link to listen to a portion of our weekly strategic conference call that dealt specifically with the topic of defining OUR role in the marketing industry, and the term we’ve been using recently to define that role: Integrated Media Management.

This is about 20 minutes of me explaining that we are more than a “product” – we are campaign managers working in a consultative way to understand the needs of our advertisers and develop a custom, fully integrated campaign to deliver optimal results. It also really drives home the idea of our accountability – which is often the difference between success and failure.
